How to book

The quickest way to arrange an appointment is to telephone the clinic on 01782 519800. If you reach our answerphone, leave your name and number and we will call you back as soon as we can to find a time that suits you.

You can also email us at info@biddulph-physio.co.uk. Please keep email to arranging a time only — email is not a secure way to send personal medical information, so we would rather discuss your symptoms by phone or in person.

Before your first appointment

• Allow 45 to 60 minutes for your initial assessment.
• Bring shorts if your problem is in the lower limb. For back problems you may be asked to undress to your underwear.
• Bring details of any medication you are taking, and any scan or specialist letters you have.
• If your treatment is being funded by an insurer, bring your membership and authorisation numbers.

Cancelling or rearranging

If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
